I made a smoked roast,homemade macaroni shells with velvetta,brown-sugar cornbread,a nice size pot of greens & a big pitcher of cool-aid.. Sound good?

My boys are having homemade taco and mexican rice left over from last night. My hubby and I are having a Stuffed zucchini from His mothers garden. I will use colby cheese, Jimmy Dean sausage, Fresh tomatoes, basil, parmesan, bread crumbs all served in the zucchini. Yum

That's a lot of food.
We had wraps (spinach tortillas with melted gouda cheese, sprouts and shredded carrots and salsa) and some nice veggie soup. With fruit for dessert.

Can I come over to eat??? Me and my hubby are going to a yummy Puerto Rican restaurant in our neighborhood. They have yummy flan and BBQ chicken/ribs! Plus I luv the rice and beans to die for! With potatoe salad.

We went simply tonight. We made grilled dejon mustard chesse sandwiches. We love it and had double fudge brownies for desert.
