what comes to your mind when you see someone's resume and his name is "Ali".....how about if his name is "Payam"...what do you think of those 2 people's background...personality...religon..tell me whatever you think.

When I socialise with people I'm seldom surprised by names.I was once in austria,a very pretty young woman was introduced to me as bastardo(ba-star-do)We got on well together 'though I did'nt use her name.Ali i''d think islam,payam possibly asian, indian.Still if someone called thier offspring either of these two names it would'nt surprise me

Hey if they are qualified to do the job I don't care what their name is as long as they keep their personal and work life separate.

ali is a familiar name (and positive connotations) to me so i get happy.
i'm not familiar with name Payam, but it sounds cool.
