funny, scary, stupid..whatever...

Mine would have to be that my friends and I were using one and one was passing me a rice crispie treat and just tossed it on the Ouijia board...We let it sit there awhile and then I went to grab it but another friend told me not to because it was probably posessed. I then tossed it to another friend, who, too scared to eat it, tossed it to the first friend's little brother who tossed it somewhere else. (He then later ate it anyways) But yeah..It was pretty funny the next morning...To think we were all scared of a rice crispie treat..=)

When I was a teenager, 3 friends and I were playing with a Ouija board and decided to try a seance. We all held hands and tried to contact someone who was dead ( someone we all knew of ) The lights went out and we all screamed and I remember someone touching me on the back of my neck..trying to push my head down....but no one had let go of my hand. When finally the lights came on, everyone else said they had felt the same thing. Obviously it was just a power failure....Or was it? I never touched a Ouija board again...and I am over 50 now...LOL

I have two stories: one from a friend of my teen years and one that happened to me.

1.
My friend told me never to ask the Ouija board about death. She said she had heard of a girl who asked about her death, and the Ouija board indicated that she would die in a car wreck on her next (16th) birthday. She vowed she would not get near a car on her birthday.

Some friends attended her birthday party, and as festivities were leveling off, some of them suggested they should pile into a car and go riding. She refused to go.

Her friends kept after her and told her that the Ouija board was just a game and couldn't possibly predict her future, so she should go with them. Finally, after much prodding, she went with them.

On the ride, the kids went around a sharp bend too fast and the driver lost control. The car went wide and hit the end of the galvanized steel guardrail, which broke off its posts, one by one, and went through the center of the car's windshield and then through the center of the back window. The birthday girl was sitting in the center of the back seat and was killed instantly.

2.
I was visiting some friends one evening when I was 17. They suggested we play with their Ouija board. We tried a few different times with two or three of us at a time resting our hands lightly on the pointer. I don't remember much about those, but later, when everybody was bored and tired, I tried the board myself.

I rested my hands lightly on the pointer with the question in my mind, "Who is operating this Ouija board?"

I waited for what seemed like two or three minutes without any significant action. It might have been only a half-minute, but it seemed longer.

Finally, the pointer started to move in slow, smooth arches around the board without stopping anywhere. Eventually, the pointer moved to S, hovered, and then moved on. It arched to the A, hovered, and then moved on. Next, it went in its wide arch to the T, hovered, and then moved on, again. It moved around a bit extra, as if it were hesitating, and then moved to the A, hovered, and went straight off the board.

I didn't play any more that night.

My boyfriends brother got a Ouija board and started using it a lot. But he decided to get rid of it when he started hearing a child's cry at night. There wasn't a child around. He threw away the Ouija board and it went away. I don't know if it really happened, but he seriously refuses to use the Ouija board now.

When I was younger my cousin (who is very wild and not religious at ALL) dated a super-straight Christian boy. They were in high school at the time. We had a Halloween party and he came over. When we broke out the Ouija baord, he said that it was sacrilegious. We laughed at him, but he was really serious. He actually got in his car and left because he thought the devil was going to come possess us.

When I was 12 me and three friends. We convinced a younger kid that his little sister was the devil. Unfortunately he went home and cut her head off. Never messed with one again.
