Definitely Seagate without doubt. But WD Caviar is better than tow.
Good Luck.

WD or Seagate. Seagate has a 5 twelve months assure, WD has more effective appearing drives (like the Raptor and Velociraptor) yet purely a three twelve months assure until eventually you get an employer pointchronic, which comes with a 5 twelve months assure.

I would stay away from maxtor. I have heard they go bad quickly. Seagate or western digital would be my choice.

I have had much better luck with the Seagates. They also back their warranty very well too!

Both pretty much the same...
I would go with whichever offered longest warranty!
