you can do it but you have to get the subsidy unlock code from cingular first and then put your tmobile sim in. There is no charge to get an unlock code you just have to call cust svc for it 1800-331-0500 and it will take 3 to 5 business days to process the code and get it back to you. Any store or person that charges a fee for a "unlock code" is cheating you and the company bc cingular does NOT charge for subsidy unlock codes. however with that said, why in the world are you leaving cingular to go to tmobile?

put the sim card in and find out, if it doesn't work then you need to pay to get the phone unlocked

well you have to take it to some phone place and tell them to unlock the phone i did mine too... only about 15 bucks good luck!

connect your land line to ur mobile & ur mobile to a transistor playing radio fm with ur sim card in the mobile.HURRAY...IT WORKS!!!!COOL!
