I've had ACL recontrustion and it's a big pain to go to the doctor if it isn't really necessary. I'm not squeamish, so why bother getting childcare and transportation arranged?

get a good pair of wire clippers and tweezers imerse in boiling water for 25 minutes remove by handles. place on clean towel let cool clip each staple in the middle and remove each half with tweezers if your not worried about infection just pull out of tool box and use

yes and it sucked, but you need something that will pinch them down in the middle to pop them out
