Fingerless gloves are generally only worn by strippers...and I guess by Michael Jackson? The point of them is to attract attention, that's all.

Not only would I write a ticket, I would also impose heavy fines and for repeat offenders it would be fashion jail time for them where they would be reprogrammed to develop some fashion sense and learn to never do anything so stupid again. Lol, I'm mostly kidding, but you're right it is so stupid.

Hey they are very functional. Alot of people wear those. Save the tickets for VPL=Visible Panty Lines!
