No, but people who think they are vampires exist. This one time some "vampire" in my history class did a report on the history of vapirism. He concluded by drinking a vile of blood. Really, blood. He explained how "vampire clubs" get donors.

no but there are people who lack the deficiancy of iron in there blood at a extreme rate and a long time ago, this was thought curable by drinking blood, and there are hardcore extremists that act like vampires

most legends are based on something real
there were cults in the old days that belived that bathing in blood would help them remain young. i am not shure if they drank it or not
however i really dont think that vampires are real.
but they could be!!!
