I know it's a counter but what if i wanted to buy it online i already typed it online it doesn't show anything!!

It's not a toy, it's just a counter. It's used to count people, or cattle, or whatever.

Its just a clicker, Ive seen them used to count people into a nightclub. We have the same advert over here in the UK, except the deoderant spray is called Lnyx, same product, different name.
