Death comes and kills them. Her first premotion was that the roller coaster would jump the track so she fought to get off and the others got off with her. Of course the coaster does and then death starts stalking the rest of them. Same premise as the other 2 basically. Although the first was still the best. Sorry but no one wants to have the movie spoiled so no one is going to explain how everyone dies.

First batch was on the roller coaster, then the rest go out the way of the previous movies one-by-one very gruesomely! You should rent the movie it's out on DVD today...
