Not a problem! A pouch or purse magnetic clasp is a magnet of modest strength. This type of magnet might be a problem if it came in direct contact with a floppy disk or cassette tape. There is a low probability of it causing a problem with a hard disk.
But there is a zero probability of it causing problems with a cell phone. There is no hard disk. The speaker has a magnet in it, as does the tiny electric motor that does the vibrating. However, those two devices have magnets with reasonably high coercivity and closed magnetic flux circuits. This is a fancy way of saying that they cannot interact strongly enough with the clasp magnet to do any damage.

huge magnets can be a problem, use the same type of caution as you use for your credit cards and you should be safe.
a hard drive would be sensitive to large magnetic fields, speakers too but you would need something quite big. The tiny speaker has probably a very small magnet so it should be fairly safe.
Maybe the thing that does the vibration would be sensitive to magnetic fields.

It's not the speaker that holds the data/memory. That's solid state memory or a hard disk. However, it will damage your speaker (If it's not shielded) anyway, andif it's a hard disk model, the hard disk could erase all of your data. If it's solid state memory, only viruses and short-circuits (Can't be done by magnets if i remember) can erase it.

A magnet gained't harm your cellular phone. It gained't harm your pc both. it may erase floppy disks. It can not harm a hardchronic, CD or DVD. it may decrease to rubble a CRT visual demonstrate unit, a minimum of quickly. It can not harm a TFT visual demonstrate unit.

The ones that are built on the cases are fine, but magnets on say a speaker will erase data, so beware.
