They are both great in the music buisness. Did you know that Pete Wentz (bassist from Fall Out Boy) actually got Panic! at The Disco started. He signed them a contract with his record label. But I think I would have to say I like Fall Out Boy more because they have been around longer and have more experience in music and have been very succesful. But I love Panic! at The Disco also!

Panic! has more talent.. Their Lyrics are better too... I heard somewhere that someone else wrote Dance Dance for Fall Out Boy... Anybody who writes their own stuff is automatically better then someone who doesn't... though neither one of them do much for me.

i personally think they are both very talented groups.but they are becoming too over played.and getting worn out. im waiting for them to release new stuff. but its really just a personal choice...
