ok go add more ram to most laptops, there is a square type cover on the underside of the laptop, when you remove the screws, the first thing you will see will be the ram chips, get the details of the ram chips and take those details to a pc shop (so they know what ram chips you have in there)

the chances are your graphics card in your laptop is not good enough, to find out, check the specs of your machine, and check that the game should be able to run it (the game may also list graphics cards that cannot be run on the model of graphics you have) so as a previous poster asked, you will need to ask again posting the specs of your laptop, and preferably which game you are trying to play

i say buy a bigger ram and if you want to use the existing one as a second ram. at the bottom of the laptop is a lid if you open this you'll see your existing ram an probably an empty slot depending on how your ram is populated, just remove the existing one and put the new and bigger capacity ram and/or put the old one on the other slot. then boot the pc check and check your new ram

Depending on your model, you might not be able to...that is, you might be maxed out already.

First determine how much RAM you have. Then go a memory manufacturer website and it should allow you to put in your make/model to see what the laptop's mem limits are.

Open your CPU and remove your RAM card. (Its a small thing slotted in your Motherboard like 5 inches long. Bring your RAM card to a nearby computer store to make sure that you will have a compatible RAM card to your motherboard. Buy a RAM card(I prefer a 1GB ram). Put it back to your CPU.

Or... Just bring your CPU to a computer store and let them do it..

you could always just take it to a place that can do it for you if you don't know how, or contact the manufacturer of the laptop.
