I love country music, talking of toby keith, keith urban etc. Also i love latin songs david bisbal, juanes etc. People say it's weird cause i came from an african background. What do you think? Pls be honest.

Absolutely not weird...actually it's weirder that people say it's weird because of your background instead of respecting you for having such wide taste (I have my preferences, but will listen to nearly anything)

Being African has nothing to do with taste in music. Take Eminem, for example. He is the absolute whitest person there could be, but he is really good at rapping. It all depends on what you think. The mind knows what it likes.

Ray Charles made quite an impact on the country charts in the 70s, so, no, I don't think it's so weird. Music is very personal and subjective. You like what you like. Don't let anyone say you shouldn't like something.

Music is an individual choice. I like the blues, good old time rock and roll, and the oldies. I guess everyone is weird in one way or another.

Well, I'm a 40 year old white female, that loves, rap, rock, opera, country, latin, jazz, blues, pop, you name it. I have all sorts of CD's, and tunes on my ipod, so no, I don't think you're weird.

No...I like everything too. I'm african american. My father is a musician, so he taught me to appreciate all forms of music, from Chopin to Calypso...and anything in between.
