every time i try 2 delete a fav from my favorite list it freeze my computer.y?

I have the new internet explorer 7.0 and i want to delete a favoite from my list and it freezes when i try can anyone help? and Why does it do this?

i have dsl, neither cable nor dial up

no idea why its doing that, but this may help.
restart your pc, as its restarting hit the f8 key repetedly until a screen pops up with the option to start in safe mode.
select safe mode without networking.
after pc starts in safe mode, open IE and try to delete the fav now.
then restart pc.

What kind of internet do you have cable, dial up , it depends on many things really.
