No there is no harm in it, my son and I both run low. Just make sure your doc knows and that you remind them if you become ill so when your body temp rises from illness they will be able to guage your temp better otherwise they will be a degree off which is a lot in some illnesses.

If that is normal for you, and you're doctor thinks it's ok, then it is. If not, than you probably get cold related injuries and sicknesses like hypothermia, easier than other people.
