This guy is creepy and has bad hair.

Wow, he sounds like a freak! What are you waiting for? I would have called the police a long time ago. Get a restraining order and get rid of him once and for all. Does he know you or you him? What does he know about your "secret" and why's he trying to get your picture? He sounds like a kook!! Man, I'd be rid of him in a second!

well the thing that you should is call the police or confront this guy and tell him your not feeling him because then if he doesn't stop then things can get very personal but it depends on how you are with this person u either know him and he has a crush or u never seen him and he is stalking you but if i was u i call the police!

Go to the police and get a restraining order. There are laws in every state about stalking.

So do what they've so well suggested. Police, restraining order, investigation, protection and security, have ph. number changed or deal with the phone company to learn where the call is coming from.
Don't mess around with this, get help now.

call the police and make a report...see if you can get it to where the guy is acutally stalkin you when they make the report or that he calls..or if he's left a message on a phone keep it and let the police here it..they will do more if they see the guy in action...but you NEED to make a report before he goes crazy and hurts you cause by now i bet hes got tons of info on you...

tell the police he is following you. make extra steps in your faver inorder to fell safe.like tell other close people you know-let other towns[police]his name and this will go away i hope. do what ever you can too stop this but dont worry you have the law on your side..
