Join a local poetry or creative writing idea-sharing group. Groups meet regularly in cities all over the country.

publish your own poetry on your OWN blog or website and invite the public to read it.
Try another site www.poetry.com hundreds and thousands of people view it and its free, you can win cash prizes from them.. but dont count on it.
buy poetry magazine and do submissions to the magazine for publication.
Make your own greeting cards and publish your own poetry as the insert of the card.

kiwibox.com it's sort of like myspace but safer. there's a section where you can post your poetry and people will comment on it.
