Online...go to www.ebay.com

Locally, put an ad on the newspapers of your area...also there are computer stores like COMPUTER RENASIENCE that will buy used PCs but dont expect too much from them...also the same could be say of PAWN shops. Its better to sell it to a friend that values what you have in your pc...and not a store that just want to rip you off nad buy your pc for pennies...thanks and good luck !

You should definitely list it http://www.caretotrade.com. It's totally free, & lets you trade items & services with others, or buy & sell without fees. The site is relatively new, but there's already several computer ads on there....I recently traded a laptop! Care to Trade is probably your best bet.
