No, the only exception is if he is selected to be the VP after the half way point of that presidents term, that way he cannot serve as president for more than 10 years.

Of course, Clinton could run for V.P. The 22nd Amendment only prohibits someone from being elected PRESIDENT more than twice. It says nothing about being elected VICE-PRESIDENT. Also, if Clinton became President through succession, that would not violate the 22nd Amendment, since he would not have been elected President again, he would have succeeded to the Presidency. If the 22nd Amendment had wanted to prevent succession to the Presidency, it would have done so. It didn't (and it doesn't).

They would have to challenge the 22nd amendment to the contitution. true he can not be elected more than twice to serve as the president. He could occording to interpretation be vice president and if gore were unable to remain as president than clinton could take his place as president without being voted for. At this point there is no clear cut answer to your question. I don't see any reason why he could not run as vp though.

Yes, he could, The limit to two terms is being elected president for more that 2 terms or 10 years. I was actually hoping Gore would choose him as VP.

Yes, Clinton would then again be president, if he were VP and the president died, he'd be finishing the dead presidents term, not his.

Come on, Clinton lied under oath- he's nothing but a cheater and a liar. He should have been impeached if it weren't for his term ending.

Why would the US want a man who was disbarred for unethical actions in office?

The world must be going to the dumps if we want that cheating liar back in office.

My question is will our dear Mr. Clinton be able to keep his hands and almost every other part of his body to himself if and when he's in any office. You know the ladies and all.

I don't believe so. There's a constitutional amendment that limits presidential terms and I think that would not be considered during the nomination process for the convention.
