Which is the best most reliable car out of these? Why? Acura TSX, Cadillac CTS, Saab 9-3, Lexus IS, or Toyota Camry? Which one should i eliminate from the list? Why?

The Lexus IS is most reliable of those you listed.
Eliminate Cadillac CTGS and Saab 9/3 from the list as least reliable and because of least-technical-training by repairmen to fix it if something does go wrong.

toyota (Lexus) are the most reliable, I would go for the Lexus IS or if you want something cheaper ... camry

Go with the Camry. You'll save enough money that when it breaks down in 13 years, you can just buy another new one.

You forgot Honda Accord. Any forgien car is more reliable than American made. They just plain last longer.

Since you don't have a BMW on that list, you can eliminate them all.
