I went to college 10 miles from a nuclear power plant. They told us every year that the first thing we were to do if we heard the alarm was to turn on a radio for further instructions. Is that what you're thinking? I always thought that would be the last thing on my mind, but, that's what they say to do...

I have to say pay taxes, being that taxes are what built Bush's "Nuclear Hideout", while the rest of us die. The captain should go down with the ship, not be protected. I'd rather see a chimp protected.

The only "law" I would obey in that situation is the "Law of Survival".

If there is a law (i don't think there is) it would take much more than 48hrs to decide that it applied.
