They all are.
English/Language Arts: without it, you couldn't read or write, and your vocab would be minimal at best
Math: without it, you couldn't make change, do your taxes, use a computer, or tell time
Science: without it, you wouldn't know how to live healthy or get out of a speeding ticket
Social Studies: without history, you'd never learn from your mistakes
Phys Ed: without it, you'd be fat and lazy

Seems that Most math above Algebra 1 only have specialized purposes and will not be needed. Although, I will admit that learning them makes you much better at Algebra which comes in handy a lot.
