The Bermuda Triangle is one of two places on earth where the compass points true north rather than magnetic earth. Also planes and ships go missing frequently in the Triangle. The area is known for unpredictable weather and turbulent waters. It is located between Miami, Bermuda and San Juan. The area is actually heavily traveled and most boats and planes do not go missing. However, the ones that do go missing seem to disappear without a trace. Not even wreckage is found.

I flew over the Bermuda Triangle, and I'm still here...I think. Am I? Aaagghhhh!
No, it maybe had to do with when that giant meteor hit the Gulf of Mexico near the Yucatan Peninsula--there's still a big crater in the water. That was a loooong time ago--I can't remember if it killed the dinosaurs or just splashed water over all of Florida. Anywho, there are also weird Atlantis-looking underwater structures near there that look like they might have been part of an underwater city. If it's part of anybody's creation myth, I guess it would be people in the Caribbean or maybe Mayans but I don't know if they mention it.
It seems to be more of a recent phenomenon that people noticed when they flew or sailed through it. I've never heard of the Bermuda Triangle related to what I said about the big meteor and the underwater cities--I just heard of the three stories and linked them together as a theory, but they might not have anything to do with each other. But isn't it interesting?

I have never really heard much about it except if you cross it you will not return lol.. I would stay clear from there FO SURE!!!
What happens to the people that go missing? I wonder if they are trapped in some place under the sea serving a life of pain and suffering or if it one big PAR-TAY!! no one will ever know...

More planes and ships have been reported to have gone missing there then any other place. Reports are given that compasses and electricity can fail during "strange" storms. People have reported water spouts, unidentified objects, glowing water and skies and other such phenomina(sp) Its just a weird place. There are several around the world that are much like.

planes and ships have disappeared when crossing over the triangle.people say their thrown into different dimension.scientists think that the plane and ships have sunk because of certain gases in the triangle that are strong enough to do that.but people are sure theres some kind of magnetic feild in it that will make compases go crazy.
