u dont need to practice! if you really like the person u kiss it will flow! I never did anything like practice or any weird thing like that! and my make out sesion was awsome! lol! hope it helps! by the way it isnt as big of a deal as u think. it comes naturally when the time comes!

are you a girl if so try finding a friend that aint to grossed out about it and practice with her, and it doesnt have to mean ur a lesbien. girls do it all the time. i even practice with my friend. and it was all cool i still like guys. at once i tought i was a les but then i thought it over and im like hell no i aint. so catch ya later.

chewing gum. it exercises the tongue and jaws. The stronger your tongue and jaws are, the more endurance you'll have to make a kiss longer. if you are a girl, do lots of neck exercises too.

Cut an apricot or peach in half and pretend that it's a boy, then go to 'work' on it. it 's much better than your own hand and it tastes better too!!!
