Does any1 think Harry Potter should die in the 7th book?

I don't think he should die mainly because of the prophecy in the 5th and 6th book...it said one has to live...so if HP dies, does that mean that Voldemort lives?

I don't think he suld die even though the age demographics seems to fit all ages with the Harry Potter series. I think the author (Rowlings) should end the series by Harry Potter in his old age, reflecting back to all the adventures of his youth.

I think it would be a horrible way to end the series, almost as bad as the "it was all just a dream" thing that some people spout off about. I mean we've sat through six books already hoping that he would defeat Voldemort only to have him fall over dead at the end? I think not.

I look at it like this: Harry isn't a killer. He doesn't want to commit murder, but he understands his responsibility to the rest of the world. He'll probably kill Voldemort, but then become depressed and lose the will to live. Killing someone isn't something good people can live with easily.

Story line: Kill off Harry but let his love child born to Hermione after his death carry on his work.

I DON'T THINK HE SHOULD BUT I THINK HE WILL BE CAUSE SHE SAID THAT AFTER SHE DIED SHE DIDN'T WANT ANY1 TO BE ABLE TO START WRITING HER BOOKS AGAIN. AND THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE. BECAUSE HE IS SO BRAVE AND ALL. HE WOULD RISK HIS OWN LIFE FOR ALMOST ANY1.
