i'm looking for a realtor in oxford(ish) that isn't afraid to do some homework. could be a multi-unit deal.

They have a service that lists local realtors.
If you want one to do their homework, say so before you let them know what you want, ask questions, ask for recommendations, or references. tell them you are leary and want to be sure before you sign with a flake.....then stick to your attitude, someone who wants your business and thinks like you do won't mind answering a few questions. You will soon sort out the lazy or the bullies and find someone with a similar work ethic.
Treat it like interveiwing an employee. No matter what the market is the realtor works for you.
