No, it won't, and before you try anything that could permanently damage your skin, go to see a dermatologist. They can remove the moles without damaging the rest of your face, and evaluate them for skin cancer at the same time.

The only safe way to get rid of a facial mole is to go to a dermatologist and have them removed either surgically or (in some cases) with liquid nitrogen. When a doctor "freezes" off a mole it takes only a few minutes and then heals over a week or so. In any case, it's a good idea to have moles looked at by a physician to make sure that they are not precancerous, especially if the moles are new or have grown or changed in appearance. I have never heard of any home remedy that will make a mole disappear. I imagine if it existed, someone would bottle it and it would become the most popular product in history! (I'd buy it!)

I was researching Castor Oil Packs a few months ago and found some info on the Internet where someone put castor oil on a bandaid (no baking soda) to remove a large mole on their back. They soaked the bandaid in castor oil and applied it to the mole. They changed the bandaid every day for 2 weeks, at that point it became tender to touch, they then discontinued the treatment. Two weeks later, they say the mole had dried like a scab, began parting from their skin on one edge. They pulled the mole off, revealing pink skin underneath. They say there was no pain and the mole never returned. (quotes, as I printed out the info.) I have never tried it on moles but there you have a story of someone who did. Being on your face it may be worth a try. If a dermatologist removes it from your face it will leave a scar. I have a scar wherever I have had moles removed from other parts of my body as they are cut off.
