Yeah I had several guy friends from school pretty much the feeling was they were like cousins. There was never any flirting or anything, that would have been gross.
But they were my best friends through thick and thin and plenty of trouble. I had plenty of female friends too, because sometimes you just need girl time.
But sometimes guys make the best friends they aren't caught up in all the talk talk talk.

Of course they can. It all depends on the level of maturity either person has. And sometimes you just don't look at a certain person intimately, and there's nothing wrong with that. Friends will be friends forever, but once you get intimate, it's too easy to lose the other person.

of course!!!!!!!!!! There is no reason that people have to be intimate just because they are opposite sexes. Those kind of friendships make the best ones!! If later in life it seems like the right thing to do to become a couple then deal with that then.

Of course I am a female and I have a best friend that is male. Its cool and it also have its benefits you can get free guy advice from a guy and the best friend will tell you if something is not kosher because he knows how guys think better than you do. True friends don't have sex. They are above that

Sure if he is gay. 9 out of 10 he wants you. What do you think your next bf is going to think about your best "friend" and your special relationship. Why isn't one of his buddies his best friend. There are always exception's the rule, but in most cases he wants you and can't find a way to seal the deal so to speak. Just know thats he is probably thinking of you when he spanks it.

Of course! My best friend is a guy and we have been best friends for 5 yrs now! We have never been intimate or not even kissed! We are best buddies and thanks to him I met my bf that I have been with for 2 1/2 yrs!

Extremely difficult. Damn near impossible, and be SURE that if you get intimate, the relationship will self destruct and sure as the sun rises in the East. He will swear it won't but it will.

yes, you can pray and ask god to give you control over you flesh. Also you can go to the movies, play different types of sport do something fun together in your community or your church as well a hers. There are a lot of things to do.

sure, I've known my best friend for over 10 years now, she and i get along together just fine, i would not ever consider having sex with her just because she has been a very good personal friend for so long and i fear that if we did become something other than just friends we wouldn't make it. and i would lose her all together.
