In what way? I think we must show concern and compassion towards other countries ,We have a global
economy so we must look out for thier welfare as well as our own This country should not promote isolationism its a losing game . We cant excist with out one another in this day and age. (please excuse spelling ,my spell check is no where to be found (for 3 days now) on my question and answer pages)

I think "we" have an obligation to some extent to help people in other countries such as when a dictator is killing mass numbers of people, with humanitarian issues such as food for starving people, when the country asks for help (not to financially support them), in some political situations, when a country is unfairly attacked by another. When they are a direct threat to us.

Do you mean "worry" as in these other countries might attack us, if so, definitely, or "worry" as in to look after these other countries, if so, only when we can or it is desperately needed.

And you shouldn't worry about child molesters, thieves, rapist, neighbors building bombs in the basement next to you.
