Everyone i send mail to cant open it because they receive it in a little box with a red x?

how can i set up my outgoing mail so everyone can see it plainly. most everyone says they cant open it or its all jumboed up.

you may have a virus and or spyware effecting your e-mail.

you may be trying to send a certain type of file that others can't see because they don't have the same program as the file you sent.

Depending on what type of file you are sending, Outlook express has an option to block certain types of files that could potentially
contain a virus.

Try sending the same e-mail to a yahoo address and see if you can open it.
