Is there a maximum that the Presdent is allowed to drink, or is it up to his discretion?

Drink what? Alcohol? President Bush does not drink. Most presidents don't-notice I said most. They work 24/7, wouldn't be any time to sleep off a hangover.

As you can clearly see, our dear and beloved President Bush, should not drink anything except water. We need him to always speak as clear as possible, for the safely of the people and the country.

Up to him. Some would say that the current Prez (who is, in theory on the wagon) is a "dry drunk". Meaning that he doesn't drink anymore, but still has some of the symptoms.

He goes by the same laws that we do. But politically he should keep it moderate (at least around the paparazi). I would be suprised if he had much time to drink anyway.

They can drink as much as they want and not justify it with anyone.
