I am a RN and they have been shown to cause some weight gain but only about 3-5 lbs over a few months. Nothing to worry about. It is also just water weight that fluctuates through out the month

Yes. If you think about it, they give us women those pills to make us fat so men will be turned off by us and therefore thats the real birth control!! haha
