How do I just go in water and float without moving around (I mean like moving around the pool). Or does my body just float naturaly.

Your body will drift around in the water. To float well on your back, you need to be comfortable in the water, and try not to "sit" in the water. Keep your head back and your butt up, and you should be balanced when you float.

ok do a cannonball in the water and don't move you'll float up. it was the first thing the swimming instructor taught me.

you can try spreading out your hand and feet like a giant star and don't move. that works too but i prefer the cannonball.

third, take a deep breath and the air in your body will help you float easier. even if you don't you'll still float cuz the density of your body is less than water... something like that... should pay more attention in class...

hope that helped!

If your lungs are plenty of air your body floats naturaly. Do not try to mantain your head completely out of the water, just your nose, otherwise the weight of the head will sink you.

Your body will float naturally believe it or not. The more body fat you have the easier it is to float LOL :D It is easier to learn if someone helps you to begin with. Have them support you (one hand under neck and one under your buttocks) make your body semi rigid and put arms out in the shape of a t (b sure to keep your abdomen taught and pulled upwards) then feet in a stance that is about shoulder width apart. Have the person let go of your buttocks first and get used to that then let them slowly let go of your neck. and bingo! youre floating! It may also help to hold your breath to begin with as it will improve your boyancy(LOL SPelling is so qrong on that last word LMAO :D) Good Luck

Provided you have the correct BMI, and enough fat, just by relaxing with your arms outstretched and your head arched back, you'll float just fine in still water.
