The fourth quadrant.
In a cartesian graph, you label the quadrants from 1 to 4 by starting from the top-right and going counter-clockwise until you label all four.
So, if you graph the point (2, -1), you assign the value 2 to x and -1 to y. Basically you start from the origin (0,0) and move right 2 units on the x-axis, then down 1 unit on in the y (verticle) direction.
This should bring you to the fourth quadrant, being the bottom-right.
