i have difficutly urinating in public restrooms when other men are present. i feel embarrassed just metnioning it here.

Start by trying in a stall with door shut. Then leave the door unlocked. Then cracked. Then open.
Then use the urinal when someone is in a stall
then when they are at the sink
Continue at level you are comfortable until you feel ready to move up.
That worked for a "friend"

Wait until you have to go so bad that even being pee shy is not an option and it just flows.
