The A/C will run and the windows will roll up and down, but the engine wont turn over. Can anyone HELP???

try the starter it may need to be replaced

Need more information. Does the starter crank? Clogged fuel injectors maybe. Bad gas. Check the PC valve. Fuel filter too.

Sounds like a faulty starter or solenoid,but i know this is unlikely but make sure the engine has'nt ceased.

If you have two cables going to the pos on the battery (clean them) If it clicks when you try to start it (probably starter solenoid) you can take it in and have it checked for free. My money is on cables.

have you checked the starter or the solinoid to it
on some cars they have a fuse to the computer and engine control

it could be the fuel filter or the timing belt
