No there is No white man in America been discriminated against or anywhere else in the world.. The reason for this is because there is no laws against being racist or discriminatory towards white people. If there were laws.. You would hear about it all the time! There are constantly people who are fighting the system to have racism equal on both sides of the fence, but aparently you cant be racist to a white person..
Society needs to take a step back and realise that because of the laws surrounding racism, whenever a white person calls someone black RACISM is called, and something can be done about it.. The media is all over it.. You never hear of racism or discrimination against the white man because there is no such thing!

I understand your question and there is probably some legal discrimination of White men in America. It's unfortunate and I wish it would stop, but I don't think we are at the point for a battle cry.

For those people who say no, my brother is a fine example of discrimination against White men. He had higher grades and higher MCAT scores than about 20% of the people accepted into medical school when he was rejected. Meanwhile, my cousin, a female, was accepted with lower grades and a much lower MCAT score. Happily, he was later accepted and is about to finish his residency.

It happens.

Yes and i'm black ,i see the white man discriminated against in many of the applications for medical school where i work// A white kid with a high "gpa" is likely to get turned down for admission in favor of a black with a lower"gpa" ( who will most likely drop out)/// I hear their reasons "we're just getting even for the slave issue" how dumb can that be? I heard one black kid tell another black kid " i'm glad my ancestors were slaves because if they were'nt id still be in the jungle just look at our homeland's current situation" This kid is an excellent student and the student body adores him just as one of their own both white ,asian, middle east and hispanic// we will never better ourselves as long as we continue to listen to people like Jessie Jackson ,an idiot,O J Simpson ,a murderer, Johnnie Corchan ,a liar, our race argument is a cheap cop out, lets stand up and face the facts and get on with reality or this will become our worst nightmare/ We can't manage things well without the help of the other races of this world and thats a fact just look around/// HELP YOUR WHITE NEIGHBOR TO HELP YOU/China has the world's fastest economy,do you think they would tolerate thia crap if they happen to take over?? No ,they would probably take you out and shoot you, dummy, so stop complaining and start getting with the program it wont be easy but go at it and always do the best you can no matter what it is that you do//// i'll rest my case////

To some degree.... mainly for events that occured MANY years ago when slavery was acceptable... we are not the perpetrators. Our forefathers were. An African American can call a caucasion a "Cracker" but when a white man uses other slurs against someone of another race, it becomes a crime... go figure.

Yes, I do hear of it happening in the more liberal areas of the country.

The reason? I think it is to make divisions and groups of bickering, fighting, and angry people. The black race-baiters do this all the time. The anti-smokers do this too. With so much attention turned towards petty bickering, no one has the time to see things that are more serious.

A lot more than most people would think. My husband works for the federal government and is an over achiever, he has put in for upgrades many times and made the best qualified list, but was passed over for a minority.

Technically, yes. Especially if they're Christian. But we can handle it.

Technicially, again, we're being punished for the sins of the white men who went before us. It's not objectively fair, but life's not fair. It would be nice if more people would realize that.

you have a element. My dad is a immediately white male who works at Intel and with the aid of the lay-off season, the white adult males are the 1st to bypass. That being mentioned, your completely racist and bigoted remark against Meredith makes me susceptible to disagree with you on concept.
