Sheep-shagging is only in Wales, the rest of the UK doesn't! Saying that, wild survival adventures are all the rage in Wales, so look up under the Welsh Tourist Board on a UK search engine.

In America people sneek in the ranchers pasteure and tip a cow when its sleeping.. I believe in the UK they do sheep shagging. Good luck and watch out for sheep dogs. The do get jealous.
