Should I be annoyed? A woman and her 5 yr old talked throughout Pirates of the Carribean about what was going on in the movie. She seemed to be coaching him throughout to movie by laughing at the funny parts (many of which weren't really funny) and then laughing and saying in a jovial tone "ew gross!" to console him that the violent parts were just icky instead of gorey. I wasn't all that into the movie so I gave them a break, but they did help ruin it for me. Maybe that's to be expected in a kids oriented film?

When i went to see Narnia, the guy sitting beside me had to explain everything to his kid according to the book. And that really annoyed me. I think parents should be teaching their kids that they are to be quite during a movie. if they feel they need to explain everything to their kid, wait until it comes out on video and rent it. It is different if you make one or two comments throughout the movie or if the theater is empty, but seriously, people need to be courteous to the other veiwers in the theater. even if it is a movie for kids, I think the same manners should be in use.

If you are an adult going to a "kids" movie (as Pirates is being marketed) you have to expect a few kids to be disturbing. If you would like to go to a show with no kids try going to a late night showing. But then you will be complaining about the idiot in the front asking "is he angry?, Why is he doing that, is he gonna die?". No matter what you are going to be annoyed, rent a movie and go home

in maximum situations, i might might desire to disagree with you. i assume you're speaking approximately youthful young little ones. little little ones fairly do not might desire to be uncovered to all that violence and such. some R rated video clips are fairly brutal- like they tutor people being tortured and murdered on show. i don't see any good reason to tutor that to a infant! i comprehend i might have been traumatized if I had watched stuff like that as a infant. Now, if a determine refuses to allow their 8 or 10 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous to observe something that's not rated G, in simple terms as a results of fact somebody says the notice "hell" in a PG-rated movie, now i think of it fairly is particularly ridiculous. And, I additionally knew a woman in my senior 3 hundred and sixty 5 days of highschool, and her dad grew to become into this fairly non secular Christian, and he refused to allow her to pass see "The Princess and the Frog" together with her acquaintances as a results of fact people used magic in the movie, which he theory grew to become into evil. And the girl grew to become into 17 or 18! So yeah, now and lower back mothers and fathers could be too overprotective, yet i don't think of that youthful little ones might desire to be observing "mature" or R-rated action pictures. some youngsters could be mature sufficient, yet not young little ones.

I hate people that talk in a movie. Or people that use a cell phone in a movie. They have no courtesy whatsoever for other people. I usually throw popcorn or candy at them anonymously to shut them up.

I would have "SHhhh!!"'d them!! I hate that! If your kid isn't old enough that you don't need to talk to them through the whole damn film, find a babysitter!!!

Sheesh!~
You have every right to be annoyed. Now if it was a Disney movie that sort of crap is to be expected...

Tell them to keep it down, they can't sue you, and you'll never see them again. The mother's an a$$hole for being inconsiderate, sure the kid won't understand, but who says it matters at 5 years old...

The mother is teaching bad manners. They should talk about the movie afterward. It doesn't matter how old the child is, no one should be talking!

Change seats and get over it.

This is part of the movie experience.

They paid for their tickets too. And they did not come there just to make your life difficult.

i know it stinks but you have to take the bitter with the sweet.
