Ignore most of these answers, my boy. Your friend is perfectly correct but if your computer is fit, healthy and reasonably young it can easily throw off a little cold. Flu, however,is different and much more serious. Take it for a flu jab in the late autumn every year. It won't be free as the computer is not old enough but what are a few pounds to keep an old pal healthy?

Everyone its true!! Its not just a rumor!!! One time I had a cold and my computer had a virus. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use your computer when you have a cold. You WILL regret it!

a computer virus is a PROGRAM that attacts and multiply in your computer. A human virus is a living thing that infects the cell of its host in order to multiply.

Yes this is 100% true. The germs you have will pass on to your computer if you use it while sick. Your best bet is to stay away from the computer until you are germ free.

No. You cannot give your computer a virus by having a cold - but you can give your mouse myxomatosis.
