feel free to contact me directly. I also have PCOS and have had a lot of problems with being lathargic during the day. I work out daily to help increase my matabulsim and try to avoid any unnatural sugars or carbs such as pasta, donuts and what not. your doctor can give you glucophage to help with the insuline levals but I used to spend my days reading a magizine in the bathroom when this happened. email me.

just because you have PCOS doesnt necessarily mean you can't be pregnant. women with PCOS can get pregnant, especially if they consult with a doctor as to when to quit their birth control pills and when/if to stop any other drugs they may be taking for the PCOS.

your symptoms could be alot of things. could be stress, could be a cold (like a stomach flu or another stomach bug), also could be pregnancy. have you taken a home pregnancy test to make sure you're not pregnant? i would check that first, incase there is a possiblity. if not, maybe you just have a stomach bug or you're stressed out. try relaxing more - yoga, meditating, deep breathing - and see if that helps. if not, go see your doc.

It could be several things going on. It's still possible that pregnancy could happen. It could also be that your blood sugar is dropping. I am prediabetic, used to be hypoglycemic, and I'd get sick to my stomach when my blood sugar would get low. Also, a drop in blood sugar is why we get hungry.

Best thing I can tell you is go to the dr. and have them check for pregnancy. If it's not pregnancy, ask your dr. if it could be a drop in blood sugar. That can happen even if you've no diabetes in your family.

Dizzyness can come from anemia as well. I was diagnosed with low iron. I would get dizzy just from sitting down and would get easily out of breath just from reading a story to my preschool class. Thankfully, that was easily fixed by iron pills my dr. suggested to me.

It could also be other things causing this. Like I said, see your dr.

It might be stress but the only true way to know is to go to a doctor to get checked out.

You could be anemic. Go to the doctor and get checked.
