War is war. Unfortunately in war it is the civilian population that will suffer. No matter who started a war, the innocents on both sides will suffer. As for bombing Lebanese ambulances deliberately, I honestly don't think this was a deliberate act. But look at the over all picture; the larger picture.
I read someone respond by comparing Israel with Nazi Germany. Clearly the person who responded with this comment has no clear understanding of what they're saying. Where in Israel have you seen concentration camps where Palestinians are placed for being Palestinians? Are the Palestinians being herded into work camps? Are they being tortured and are they subjected to horrid medical experiments? When was the last time you read where Palestinians were forced into chambers where they were gased to death, burned alive, burried in mass graves. This is what Hitler and Nazi Germany did to the Jews, the Poles, Russians and gosh only knows how many other innocents suffered. So, the Nazi vs Israel issue is not an issue at all.
What is happening here is simple. Since 1948 when Israel became a state it has had to struggle for its survial. Now, you hear people complaining about the U.S. supplying funds for them to arm themselves, but when Russia was supplying guns and
arms to the Arab nations, no one complained.
Time and time again Israel is not the agressor but the victim. You can kill an Israelie but they can't fight back, and if they do, oh heaven help us, they're murderers, inhumane and uncivilized.
Hezbollah started this mess and as sorry as I am to say this, the Lebanese government had full knowledge of their activities and did nothing prior to this to deter them. They provided a safe haven for terrorism. When Hezbollah fired rockets into Israel, I suppose that they were supposed to just sit there and say "oh, guys, that's okay." So, now that Israel has said "enough is enough" and is taking what ever steps it has to take to defend it's borders and it's citizens, suddenly they're the bad guys. Yes, it is very sad that Lebanese civilians are being hurt, but Hezbollah is hiding behind these people. They're the real cowards here, and the Lebanese government is just as guilty for allowing terrorists to reside within their borders. Unfortunately, as you can see, the ones who have to suffer are the poor people who are in the way of all the crap.

As inhumane as it gets. They're closely catching up with their own past butcher, Hitler.
Farley, how long do you think you can hide behind this "Hezbollah started it?" Yes, Hezbollah is still sendng rockets to Northern Israel. How many people have died there in the last few days?
The Lebanese Medical corps Israel has shot were not shot accidentally. They were targeted. Israel can see where it is shooting. Israel has a history of targeting hospitals and ambulances, and you cannot go on forever saying it was collateral damage.
Israel has thrown leaflets to people telling them to leave, after bombarding the roads to oblivion, and the civilians are traveling very slow on dirt roads, so israel sees clearly what it is bombing, and it is bombing those same civilians as they flee.
When most of the damage you cause is "collateral," when most dead are civilians, medical help, and just wait and see, the reporters taking pictures and record of your carnage, then you are targeting those people.
Unless you want to argue that Israel can't aim.
I hope you have a brain that will one day question all that you swallow about poor Israel and a conscience that will one day question just how little other people matter compared to how much Israel has been "suffering."
And for God's sake, shut up all of you, it's about time, about Hezbollah started it, and Hezbollah is hiding among them.
If you are going to think that killing 400 civilians to get about 30 Hezbollah militias, who yes started it, and arguably may sometimes be hiding among them, you are a disgusting human being. If Hezbollah walked into my mother's apartment in Beirut today and hid behind her to shoot at Israel and Israel clearly saw her, and the Hezbollah guy, and Israel blew them both up, then not only would I consider you a criminal, but so would International law. That would be a crime against humanity. And that's what Israel is doing.
Your only remaining argument, let's hear it out loud: Jews are worth more as people than Arab. A Muslim is a lesser human in your eyes.
Idiot. Israelis are extremely similar to Arabs. They just kid you here, pretending they are so close to the West.
You should have gone to Lebanon. You would not ever have spoken that way. But you probably never left Texas.

I doubt that it did happen that way but if it did I am sorry, shi*t happens in war... I am sure the Israeli people and government do not want the Lebanese people killed or hurt.... you can blame that on Hezbollah....who started all the crap.... One i can almost say for sure is that if it had been a Hezbollah rocket coming down on an Israeli ambulance or any other place in Israel.... you would see NO sympathy from Hezbollah or for that any terrorist.... or for that fact any liberal... What you liberal dumba$$ actually need too do is look at who started all this crap and tell them too stop there killing....
I mean come on you can't be that stupid to believe that an Israeli man or woman is going to strap a bomb to there back and go blow them-self up on a bus or in a crowded market.....
Though i don't know there probably are a boat load of dumb a$$ liberals who would blame anything on Israel or the republican party and bush....
But it goes too show how ignorant they are...

How inhumane is it that Hezbollah launches rockets from their neighborhoods at Israel with no regard for the damage done to their neighbors?
If I launched a rocket from your neighbor's yard then hopped in my car before the response came, what did I do? I put YOU and your neighborhood in the position of taking the punishment for my actions. Do you think this is a noble thing to do or is it rather cowardly? Either way, it certainly doesn't show much concern on my part for YOU.
This is what Hezbollah is doing to its own people. Don't blame Israel for having to attack Hezbollah neighborhoods and citizens when Hezbollah itself doesn't care what happens to them.

If this has occurred, then it was accidental. War is hell, so some not-nice things are going to happen.
Before you blatently condemn Israel, remember that Hezbollah and Lebanon started the war and are still lobbing rockets into the middle of civilian areas. Why are you not upset at the random lobbing of rockets into the middle of cities?
