You want advice? SF is better in a lot of ways, more compact, easier to get around, better restaurants, more natural beauty. LA has better weather (hotter), beaches you can actually go to with bathing suits and disneyland. I like SF better, but it's a matter of taste.

I'm gonna have to agree with rossonero .. hope i spelled that right. San Francisco is really beautiful ..... ofcoarse I find most of Cali beautiful too. Why not just drive from SF to LA so you can hit two birds with one stone?
