you don't. i lived thru a 3 year long distance relationship and we had a "don't ask, don't tell" sort of arrangement. things happen, but the important thing is that you maintain a level of communication and genuine love. in a way i actually felt closer during the long-distance because we were forced to talk all the time instead of sit next to each other on the couch. If everything seems OK, leave it at that.

Hun.... There is no possible way for you to know.. unless he fesses up or you catch him...
Believe long distance reationships are a pain in the rear...
Have trust... if not .. it won't work.. but if by chance you are visiting the state where he lives and see him with another chick .. then go give him a kick in the rear.
