How can I change speed dial entries on my cell phone?

I have a Samsung. I want to change my speed dials, does anyone know how? Also, is it possible to put it on speaker phone? (Sorry I don't have more information about the phone...)

Usually if you go into your contacts and edit or view options, there will be a place that says "one touch dialing" or speed dial. It depends on what model of Samsung as to whether it has a speaker phone.
