How do I type in the information I need into a Adobe . pdf file?

Hello. In a separate window (adobe) I have a form that I need to fill out and print. I can just print it and write in the information but it must be typed. When I click on the box it only has that hand there that grabs. How can I change the hand to a cursor to be able to type text?

There should also be a text tool, it is sometimes near the Crop tool, you might not be able to add text to this document, not all .pdf files can be modified. I usually open the document in Photoshop and add text that way.

Sounds like you have Adobe Reader...I think that you need full Acrobat to do this.
