i have a 5 pieces drumset, i would like to know how can i get a good sound...

Get Russel, He's a great Drummer, he will make it sound good

good heads can make any drums sound better, aside from that knowing how to tune them would also help. I've seen little "how to tune your drums" sections on some of the major drumhead manufacturers sites. Try Evans or Remo

The best way to go is buy a tuner or just tighten or loosen the hardware until you get a sound you like
