I loved watching the honeymooners with Jackie Gleason. How many of you agree that the Honeymooners was a great sitcon?

The greatest!! Norton may have been the best comic character of all time. They sure don't make 'em like that anymore. None of this off color stuff that tries to pass for humor can hold a candle to The Honeymooners. Jackie Gleason was a genius.

The Honeymooners was not a sitcom. It was a small skit portion of Jackie Gleason's variety show of the 1950's, The Jackie Gleason Show.

And yes, it is wonderful.

it's the best i've seen, the shows out today don't even come close to the comic genious that jackie gleason was. p.s audrey meadows was my fav.

It was the prototype for most comedies that have followed it. It is the blue print for how to put on a sitcom.

I remember it and I use to love it. I don't think it comes on anymore but I wish that it did.

it is great ....it was before everyone got all hung up about stuff offending them and all...give me a break ....this is make believe
