Go to Explorer-tools-security-restricted sited and there you add the sites.

There is a neat trick to keep your computer from connecting to certain websites. If you are using XP, go to the folder C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC and look for the file named 'hosts'. It might be in a different folder on different comptuers. This file tells the computer the IP address of different websites. There is probably a line in there that says:
127.0.0.1 localhost
This points to your own computer. Leave this line alone. To keep your computer from going to a certain address, just point it to your own computer. For example, adding a new line that says:
127.0.0.1 doubleclick.net
will cause an error when trying to connect to doubleclick.net.
This will cause errors for every user on the PC. Of course, someone can get around this by changing the hosts file but I think you need to be administrator. Kids should be given restricted user accounts.

This is the only free way I know of. There is parental control software that is probably more secure but also costs money.

if uve got norton anti virus u can edit what sites each user can go on

Put them under Parental control... or block them with your Firewall
